UFitness is owned and operated by Nick Lindsey. Nick has been professionally involved in the field of health and wellness since 2013; but it has been his passion for many years prior. Initially working in a strength and conditioning facility training athletes, weekend warriors, and young aspiring athletes to improve their performance. He soaked up all the knowledge he could and has continued to expand on the principles learned working with such high caliber coaches and athletes.

Working With Me:

Stepping into a gym should not be a daunting task. It should be something we look forward to; something that we know will help us grow stronger both mentally and physically every single session. With adequate “resistance” on our body and our mind we become stronger, more resilient, and disciplined. Working with me will always be intensely focused on proper movement and progressing only when you are ready. I encourage you to be deeply focused on what you are doing, rather than focusing on getting it over with. Training should be simple but effective.

Services We Offer

Personal Training

Work with a coach one-on-one. This setting provides the most feedback in a highly personalized experience.


Small Group Training (SGT)

Small group training offers you a chance to work out with a few close friends all while still getting in a great workout without sacrificing attention to detail.

Online Training

A coach will work with you to develop a workout program geared towards your goals, the equipment you have available (or what’s available in your gym), and the time you’re able to dedicate to the gym. Online training provides the most flexibility since you workout when it is convenient to you, wherever you would like. You will receive weekly check in’s, and have access to chat with your coach daily.

Virtual Training

This is the best of both worlds. Work with a trainer one-on-one (or SGT) from the comfort of your own home. All you will need is a smart device, some basic equipment, and an hour to dedicate to meeting with your fitness coach.
