“Nick is simply a great personal trainer. He helped me rehab from 8 broken ribs and a punctured lung to where I am today, stronger with more functional ability than pre-injury.”
“Nick listened and did his research to help mend my strains, torn muscles and broken bones. He pushes me to get better every session.”
WHAT MAKES U SO DIFFERENT?
We have one body to guide us through life, so why should we treat it poorly with barbaric workouts and training habits that do not serve us?
In a culture where it has become common, or normal to treat your body like a punching bag; training for complete exhaustion, debilitating soreness; coupled with poor sleep and nutrition creates imbalances that can translate to so many aspects of our lives. The Ufitness approach focuses on every aspect of your being, your well being. The pillars of this approach include: Purposefully, custom-designed program that treats your body with respect through proven approaches to strength training coupled with building a foundation that focuses on mobility, intuitive eating (nutrition), and adequate rest. This approach creates results and resilience.

Hi, I’m Nick!
UFitness is owned and operated by certified personal trainer Nick Lindsey. Nick has been professionally involved in the field of health and wellness since 2013, but it had been his passion for years. Nick initially worked in a strength and conditioning facility training athletes, weekend warriors, and young aspiring athletes to improve their performance. He soaked up all the knowledge he could and has continued to expand on the principles learned working with such high-caliber coaches and athletes.
After moving to Florida Nick shifted his focus towards an area he was passionate about that seemed to be lacking for many of his clients: Strength and conditioning with a holistic approach. He geared his training toward the aging population while maintaining a firm grounding in his roots with all athletes. At UFitness, we focus on proper movement, mobility, flexibility, posture, core strength, and stability.
Our philosophy is simple: just like a building, your foundation must be strong and stable before you can build on it.
